Well Control for the Executives - Wild Well Control

A well control event can be devastating to an Operator. This presentation will identify those risks that are typically associated with today’s drilling or workover operations. Once the risks have been identified, an Operator can take the necessary steps to either mitigate or minimize the anticipated risks. The presentation will also discuss these risk mitigation and minimizing efforts that can be undertaken by the Operator. Lastly, the presentation will give an overview of a well control event – identifying key actions that the Operator should be prepared to make.
