Ragan Dickens, Director of Communications

Originally from Monroe, Louisiana, Ragan attended LSU in Shreveport for his undergraduate work where he received his Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications with an emphasis in Public Relations. Ragan served in Washington, DC in the White House Office of Political Affairs, and as a Political Coordinator for President George W. Bush's re-election campaign. Ragan then travelled the state with Governor Bobby Jindal serving as the External Affairs Liaison to his constituents, the media, Louisiana State Police and the National Guard. Ragan quickly promoted to become the Governor’s Director of Constituent Services, providing a communications channel between the residents of Louisiana and the Governor’s Office. In this position, he communicated on behalf of the Governor with all state agencies to resolve his constituent's concerns. After leaving the government, he served as Chief of Staff to a Major League Baseball player, overseeing his business development, public relations, branding, and social media. Ragan currently resides in Bossier City with his wife, Natalie, and their daughter, Aubrey.
